Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days within Malawi. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched via our trusted couriers.
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available for select areas, additional charges may apply).
Shipping Rates
- Orders over MK50,000: FREE standard shipping
- Orders under MK50,000: flat rate of MK5,000
- Express delivery: calculated at checkout based on location
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Return Window
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Headphones, earphones, and in-ear monitors (once opened)
- Microphones (once opened)
- Reeds, mouthpieces, and brass/woodwind accessories
- Software and digital downloads
- Items marked as "Clearance" or "Final Sale"
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
